About CA Intermediate

CA Intermediate is the second level of the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
It serves as a gateway for students who have completed the CA Foundation.
Its curriculum covers detailed subjects including Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
The examination structure consists of two groups with four papers each.
Total marks in CA Intermediate course is 800. Each group of 400 marks.
It is based on Objective & Descriptive level test.

Candidates who have passed the foundation level with a grade point average of 50% or higher.
Candidates who have passed the CPT exams with a minimum of 50%.
Candidates who have taken IPCC tests but were unable to pass them.
Graduate/Postgraduate with a 55% in commerce and a 60% in another stream.
Students of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or The Institute of Company Secretaries of India who have passed the intermediate-level examination.
Students doing their last year of graduation exams can apply under the provisional
